Construction of Dr. Gerald Residence in Trichy

This project is a G+1 Residential building constructed in the purpose for renting out. This project is approached in a budget friendly way. It is a common RCC structure with Premium Finishes and fixtures. This project is done from basic designing to complete interiors and landscape. All the Interior works are done in BWP Plywood, We have installed a Fountain and This project has a courtyard. The project landscape is completely done. The project is located in Trichy. The total construction area is 2178 Sq.ft and done for Dr. Gerald, Trichy. in the year 2023.

The photos represent the landscaping done in the project. The lawn is done by installing fresh Red soil, manured and compacted, then Seaters are made using wooden logs and pebbles are used for aesthetics and pathway is done using Rubble stones to give a rugged look.
